After I Created my mermaid, I wanted to make another piece to go with her, so of course a merman would have to be!
King Neptune would be 11 inches tall if he had feet, but I extended his tails length to curl around his base.
He was created from Polymer clay (without the use of molds) over a wire armiture for strength. I made him very muscular and strong looking and gave him a helmet adorned with beautiful brass findings!
His tail and side fins are made over a sturdy wire armiture and are posable.
He holds a large Triton which was hand made by me.
His base is shorter then the Enchantress and his total height with base is about 15 inches tall. |
